About Ashley
As a native Floridian, I have always felt a deep connection to the Sunshine State. After growing up in Tallahassee and graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Merchandising, I embarked on a successful career in high-end retail management. I gained invaluable experience working in buying and planning positions for Dillard’s department stores and HSN, which laid the foundation for my career in real estate.
I became a licensed realtor in 2013 and have been passionately serving buyers and sellers ever since, focusing on South Tampa and the surrounding Tampa Bay area. I served multiple times on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC), an invitation only committee made up of the top agents in my former brokerage. And I've obtained the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, with recognition as a member of the Million Dollar Guild.
Whether working with first-time homebuyers, or marketing luxury and new construction listings, I am committed to helping my clients achieve their goals in real estate.
In 2021, I had the privilege of joining forces with Susan Baldwin, one of South Tampa’s most prominent real estate agents, and together we created the Baldwin Terry Group. Our partnership has not only led to incredible accomplishments but also allowed us to mentor and support a new generation of agents. Through our collaboration, we’ve not only achieved remarkable success but have also mentored new agents who are thriving in their own careers.
In 2025, The Baldwin Terry group joined forces with Smith & Associates, Tampa’s largest and most successful locally owned real estates brokerage. The Baldwin Terry Group looks forward to many more years of success with such a respected firm. And as we continue to grow and evolve, we are excited about reaching new milestones and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
When I’m not busy building relationships with my clients and helping them buy and sell their homes, you can often find me attending classes to learn new and unique ways of improving my business skills. I also love traveling with my husband and three boys, playing tennis, running along the Tampa Riverwalk, and spending time volunteering at my boys' schools.
